Successes and challenges in re-engagement: evaluating the third year of a Community VCAL education program for young people
This evaluation of the third year of the Brotherhood's Community [Victorian Certificate of Applied Learning] VCAL program in Frankston for 15 to 18-year-olds who have faced barriers to mainstream education affirmed the benefits of the program but also noted some important challenges.
