Tabatha is a senior researcher in the Research and Data Analytics branch at NCVER, where she has held various roles since 2006. In her time at NCVER she has undertaken research on a wide range of topics, including: VET participation and outcomes for people with disability; the costs and benefits of education and training; quality in the VET sector; and skills utilisation in the workplace. Recent work has investigated the use of online training before and during the COVID-19 pandemic and current projects include investigating the barriers and enablers of VET delivery in regional, rural and remote Australia. As an experienced research manager, Tabatha has also overseen a broad variety of projects at NCVER and has played a role in bringing together the findings from related projects.
