Making a difference: local learning and employment networks
The Local Learning and Employment Networks (LLENs) were established by the Victorian Government in response to the recommendations of the Ministerial Review of Post-compulsory Education and Training Pathways in Victoria (the Kirby Report), indexed at TD/VIC 63.01. They were established to improve the education, training and employment outcomes of young people.
