This handbook has been designed as a learning guide for students undertaking the course in Cultural awareness and cross-cultural communication as part of the Certificate in Customer Service. Its purpose is to facilitate student awareness of our cultural frame of reference and to assist in providing students with cross-cultural communication skills to maximise their effectiveness and development at all levels of the hospitality industry.
