Pacific television training review: a report on field research undertaken in the Cook Islands, Western Samoa, Tonga and Fiji
A feasibility study for a course in television production training to be run at Carrington Polytechnic. Areas of need for television/video production training in the Pacific were identified. Research disclosed that existing training resources in the region were not meeting these needs. The project was successful in identifying areas of potential funding for participants wishing to attend the proposed Certificate in Television Production. It is intended the course be offered at the end of the year if accreditation is obtained in time.
