Getting ready: a pathway to TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people
This resource targets support workers in the construction and mining industries with emphasis on health and education sectors. It is an upgrade of the ‘Learning together resource kit for Aboriginal facilitators’ and has been extended to be used as a bridging course into the Certificate IV for both Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal trainers. The resource is aligned with all units of the training package TAE40110 - Training and Assessment Certificate IV; and inclusive of strategies for developing and improving the language, literacy and/or numeracy skills of the target group.
