This report contains the results of a research project conducted by the University of Auckland, in order to validate and provide the required theoretical foundation for a new organisational training model developed by Competenz (the New Zealand engineering, food and manufacturing industry training organisation). The program was delivered as a pilot project to a number of manufacturing [small and medium enterprises] SMEs in New Zealand and focused around the theme of competitive manufacturing. Show less
