Abstract:

This review was designed to: Provide an overview and assessment of the effectiveness of existing CVCAL programs; Develop policy recommendations for the future management of CVCAL programs that sit within broader post compulsory provision policy; and Develop an optimal model for funding CVCAL programs that is consistent with current Departmental funding policy, including the existing Student Resource Package framework.
