Abstract:

All the ETF's partner countries from Eastern Europe - Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine, as well as Russia, took part in the 2016-17 Torino Process. The Torino Process has a high degree of ownership in Eastern Europe where the main approach is self-assessment. For policy makers, VET has a growing popularity that is supported by a range of documented policy statements, legislation, or structured policy processes, which include short and long-term strategies.
