The National Board of Employment, Education and Training (NBEET) is a statutory body created in July 1988 under the Employment, Education and Training Act 1988, to provide coordinated, independent advice to the Minister for Employment, Education and Training on matters relating to employment, youth affairs, education, training and research. This report describes progress during the Board's eighth year of operation.

NBEET annual reports are indexed from TD/TNC 87.1456 to TD/TNC 87.1460, at TD/TNC 87.1478, and at TD/TNC 130.116 to TD/TNC 130.120.
