Abstract:

The Joseph Rowntree Foundation (JRF) commissioned this paper as part of its programme on cities, growth and poverty, which looks at the relationship between economic growth in a city region and the people and places in poverty in that area. This paper: summarises local work on policy and procurement to support good growth; outlines the projects achievements; and highlights the learning points.
